REFUNDS TO GO would like to introduce our new Client Portal for our client at our 418 H. Street Location.

1. Click Here to login to the client portal. ( you will need our SSN and your Password to access the portal)

2.  Password will be your last name up 15 characters and the last 4 digits of your SSN

3. If you can not remember your password contact the office or send us and email and we will get your password reset for you.

4. If you are new to Refunds-To-Go This tax season please call our office and one of our staff members will setup and account and password for you.

What can you do on the Client Portal?

1. Check the Status of your Refund

2. Get a copy of your tax return (if available)

3. Send a question /Notes/ Attachments(i.e supporting documents to your preparer)

4. Schedule an appointment

5. Update your address/E-mail/or Change your password

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE***

Once you have requested your appointment please allow up 24hrs for and email conformation. You must log back into the Client Portal to retrieve that email conformation. The new mail notification is located on the top right of the home screen once you have accessed your client portal.
